Matter-Reality in the Charge of the Goddess: Bodies, Objects, Places, and Sensations
Friday July 17, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
Shelley Rabinovich and James Lewis called the Charge of the Goddess “perhaps the most important single theological document in the neo-Pagan movement". Knowing Paganism’s deep affinity with materiality, or matter-reality, such a foundational Wiccan document as the Charge would naturally incorporate bodies, objects, places, and sensations. Material aspects bring a sense of value, meaning, and order to Wicca, serve as symbols to be interpreted for religious meanings, build traditions over time, participate in assemblages along with Wiccans, and act on Wiccans and shape them. In this paper, I will compare five versions of the Charge dating from 1899 to 1979; and the short excerpt from the Charge which Gerald Brousseau Gardner included in his 1954 book Witchcraft Today, to understand what material aspects he and his initiators considered suitable and best to share with Wicca’s earliest public audience.

How Archaeology Can Help Us Reconstruct the Origin of Pagan Religions
Friday July 17, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
This workshop will explore the ways archaeology has helped discover the origins of polythestic religions. From Native American religions to Chinese folk religion to Norse Paganism and the Egyptian gods, archaeology has helped to piece together the origins of these practices. Through examining these we can look at ways archaeology can continue to help modern pagan communities reconstruct the origins of their pagan practices and apply those findings to the modern day.

Thelemic Holidays: Beyond the Wheel of the Year
Friday July 17, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
Join me for a fun and deeply researched exploration of the yearly holidays of Thelema. Many people are familiar with the Wiccan wheel of the year, but have not heard of the yearly cycle of holidays in Thelema. This is unfortunate, because these holidays throughout the year are rich with symbolism, meaning, and a joyous embrace of the natural cycles of life. You do not have to be Thelemite to find meaning and value in Thelemic traditions, rituals, and practices. From Equinoxes and Solstices to celebrations of birth and death, this talk explores Thelema throughout the year and offers a unique door into the magick, history, and living tradition. Participants will learn practical tools and information to make yearly observances and Thelemic magick a meaningful part of their journey.

Astral Temples, Strongholds, and Way-Stations
Friday July 17, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm EDT
Many practitioners from a wide range of systems and traditions speak of using permanent or semi-permanent structures on the astral plane to do rituals or perform other tasks. Often these are called astral temples, though many are not strictly temples, but it is the most prevalent term. Some of these pieces of astral architecture have anchoring points in the physical world, but many are only moored in the astral itself. This workshop will explore the uses of these structures for individual and collective work. I will also give recommendations on how to design and construct astral temples, strongholds, and way-stations. There will also be suggestions on when, why, and how to use them. Lastly, I’ll cover how to take them down when their utility has passed.

Skia: The Nightside Current of Indo-Greek Witchcraft
Friday July 17, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm EDT
Where the Olympian gods radiated order, justice, and cosmic clarity, the dark tradition lingered at the thresholds: in caves and crossroads, in necromantic chambers, in whispered spells scratched into lead and cast into tombs. This is Skia, the dark current of Indo-Greek witchcraft and sorcery: a current of shadow, of secrecy, of awe, and of dread. The dark tradition is often perceived as dangerous. It is the work of those who understood that the gods, daimons, and restless dead could be communed with as well as worshipped; that words, symbols, and offerings could bend the unseen forces toward human will. In this lecture you will encounter Hekate, Persephone, Typhon and Hermes Chthonios: understanding their role in true shadow workings. You will learn of the history surrounding our dark tradition in the areas of: Nightside Theurgy, Necromancy & Daimonic invocations, Curse Tablets, Pharmakon, Vampirism & Vampiric Traditional Religion, Chthonic Sacrifices, the Athanatonekroi, and more. The Dark Tradition is not marginal; it exists in the same breath as temple ritual and philosophical discourse. In the great cosmopolis of Alexandria, Greek, Egyptian, and Near Eastern strands fused together into a unique and obscure curriculum of gnosis. To walk this path is to acknowledge the ambivalence of power. Magic, as the Greeks knew, is pharmakon: both remedy & poison, healing and harm. This is our Dark Tradition - Not a rejection of Hellenic religion, but its other face: the one that speaks in whispers, under the moon, in the places between life and death.

The Lesser Ritual of the Hexagram (LRH) is at once an advanced and simple rite taught to the adepts of the Golden Dawn to allow them to banish and attract planetary forces. The LRH allows one to cleanse oneself from unhelpful planetary aspects, such as Mercury Retrograde. Combined with the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, this is a potent yet simple and short ritual to control both your micro and macrocosm. In this workshop you will learn the basic practice and its variations as well as how to customize it for your own work. The LRH can be used alone, with the LRB or combined with other forms of magic and especially magic using planetary forces. Mighty Medieval Magical Minerals (and Gemstones!)
Friday July 17, 2026 2:30pm - 3:30pm EDT
The mystical properties of gemstones and jewels have their distant origins in the ancient lapidaries; books of mineralogical lore which we now clearly recognize as magical. During the medieval and Renaissance eras, these writings flew under the radar of authorities who would burn texts they deemed sorcerous. The majority of these texts emphasize the medical usage of gemstones in an era where healing was risky; but others were used to protect against curses, draw money, attract love, endow courage, and even make the bearer virtually immortal. This lore was later integrated into astrological magic, as every stone corresponded to at least one star or planet. Join me as we discuss the forgotten powers of some of the most amazing magical gemstones available for your practice today.

The ties that bind (and some that should not): connection, clearing and balancing alignment for a magical life
Friday July 17, 2026 2:30pm - 3:30pm EDT
There are cords that connect us all as we move through life: some aiding and supporting us, and some holding us back. All our experiences make us who we are, how we are, and where we go— and through all these connections we have opportunities to grow. This workshop will discuss cords in faery seership, such as the threads of the Weaver, and the impact of our connections on our life, our work and magic. We will discuss discernment of these threads, and A’alyvyne will offer information about tools and techniques that can guide and assist both supporting or severing that which enhances, as well as that which no longer serves us, in our true purpose and Great Work. This includes everyday cleansing and clearing, as well as deeper, focused unbinding or severing negative connections. We will discuss tools such as the iron blade, the Weaver’s tether, and other faery topics and tools related to this work.

Hearth & Fire Spirits: Guardians of Households, and Protectors of Bloodlines
Friday July 17, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Many cultures and spiritual traditions recognize that there are spirits who dwell in the households that can both help and harm the people who live there, such as Brownies, Domovoy, and Tomte. They may also be hearth gods that bless the home, like Brigid, Hestia, and Frigga. Many Asian cultures also worship a “kitchen god”. While household spirits may not have a fiery aspect, many hearth-based gods/spirits are connected to fire. Within North Asian shamanic traditions, every family has a household fire spirit, which can bless and protect the household family. In this class, we will explore the different household and hearth spirits/gods. For those who are not tied to specific cultural deities & spirits, we will also explore the generic household fire spirit, which anyone can work with even if they are not North Asian, as well as how to employ a fire ceremony to strengthen your own household.

The Politics of Angels
Friday July 17, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
An overview of angels as they've appeared in sacred texts; their actions, purpose and motivations. Then I would use material from the 72 book and expand upon it to paint a picture of how angels view Earthly politics, our role in leadership as a sacred act, and how to work with those angels to accomplish political acts or to influence leaders. The main thesis of the presentation will be that angels come down on the side of benevolence, honesty, justice, and peace, and are opposed to cruelty, dishonesty, oppression, tyranny, and war. I would like to conclude the presentation with a group ritual for protection from evil and greater national harmony.

Battlefield Magick: Operational Enablement at the Tactical Edge
Friday July 17, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
What does magical practice look like when it is stripped of ceremony, ideal conditions, and extended preparation—and forced to function under pressure, uncertainty, and risk? This workshop examines magic as an applied, embodied practice operating at the tactical edge, one that is embedded in daily life, trained, and judged by outcomes rather than theory. Drawing on over thirty years of military service across multiple continents and operational environments, WR Neumann explores how an animistic and folk-magical framework translates into real-world capability when time, resources, and margin for error are limited. Topics include divination under uncertainty, perceptual and psychological influence, probability shaping, healing and stabilization, camouflage and concealment, shielding and warding, and methods of maintaining magical readiness with minimal preparation. Historical and contemporary vignettes are used as case studies, not as mythic narrative, but as practical examinations of what holds up under stress and what fails. Rather than presenting magic as exceptional or separate, this session frames it as an integrated skill set and one that prioritizes perception, adaptability, and survivability, and that evolves through use rather than abstraction. The emphasis throughout is on responsibility, realism, and the ethics of power when practice moves from sacred space into contested terrain.

TikTok Tarot: Reading Tarot in the Age of the Algorithm
Friday July 17, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
When tarot began flourishing on TikTok, many experienced readers dismissed it as incompatible with serious practice. Short videos, public readings, and algorithm-driven visibility seemed to encourage superficiality, misinformation, and blurred boundaries. TikTok Tarot: Reading Tarot in the Age of the Algorithm begins from that skepticism—and what happened when two long-time tarot readers decided to test those assumptions firsthand. In this talk, the Brent and Dee explore their journey from reluctance to active participation, discussing what actually happens when experienced readers engage thoughtfully with the platform. Topics include ethical considerations of public divination, audience dynamics, and the unexpected ways depth, care, and real connection can exist even in fast-moving digital spaces. This session also offers practical reassurance for those who feel intimidated by social media. Attendees will learn what the true “bare minimum” for getting started looks like, why technical polish is far less important than consistency and authenticity, and how it’s normal—and expected—to start rough and improve as you go. Emphasis is placed on discovering a personal style that fits both the reader and the medium, rather than chasing trends or imitation. Finally, the talk highlights the importance of community: engaging with other tarot readers as peers rather than competitors, and cultivating client relationships rooted in trust rather than virality. This session is ideal for experienced readers curious about TikTok, skeptical of social media tarot, or seeking grounded ways to participate without compromising their values.

In this ritual we will invoke the different qualities and blessings of the Irish gods so we may bring these blessings back to our own communities to empower our work and bring victory.

The Gnostic Mass is the central religious ritual of the O.T.O. and its church, Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica (E.G.C), written by Aleister Crowley to express Thelema's philosophy as a modern spirituality, blending scientific truth with religious aspiration through symbolic ceremony involving Priest, Priestess and Deacon. It is intended as a modern, non-dogmatic spiritual experience celebrating reality emphasizing individual spiritual freedom and joy culminating in the words "There is no part of me that is not of the gods!"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.
