Meet the Plant Spirits!
Friday July 17, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am EDT
Join us to enter the world of working with plant spirits that some call Plant Devas.  The spirit that is a collective of that plant.  Not one individual Lavendar plant, but all Lavendar plants.  We will discuss how to meet the plant spirits and a bit of the nature of that work and then we will take a guided meditation to meet Ceridwen and she will take us to the plants themselves so we can hear their messages for us.  We will not be discussing herbal recipes or usages. This workshop is based on a year-long course that the instructor teaches for Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary (WSTS).

Living the Wheel of the Elements in Magic
Friday July 17, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm EDT
The Wheel of Elements is the foundation of a witch’s craft. Each direction of the wheel holds an element that moves through your body, your altar, and your spells. In this workshop, we will walk the wheel together, exploring Earth in the North, Air in the East, Fire in the South, and Water in the West. You will learn how to recognize these forces in your own life and how to call them with clarity in ritual. Each element will be given to you not just as a concept but as a power you can work with daily, shaping your magic in real and tangible ways. By the end of our time together, you will carry a deeper understanding of how to live with the elements as allies, weaving their wisdom into your spells, your circle, and the way you move through the world.

Hearth & Fire Spirits: Guardians of Households, and Protectors of Bloodlines
Friday July 17, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Many cultures and spiritual traditions recognize that there are spirits who dwell in the households that can both help and harm the people who live there, such as Brownies, Domovoy, and Tomte. They may also be hearth gods that bless the home, like Brigid, Hestia, and Frigga. Many Asian cultures also worship a “kitchen god”. While household spirits may not have a fiery aspect, many hearth-based gods/spirits are connected to fire. Within North Asian shamanic traditions, every family has a household fire spirit, which can bless and protect the household family. In this class, we will explore the different household and hearth spirits/gods. For those who are not tied to specific cultural deities & spirits, we will also explore the generic household fire spirit, which anyone can work with even if they are not North Asian, as well as how to employ a fire ceremony to strengthen your own household.

Jewish Magic-Ancient into Modern
Saturday July 18, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm EDT
According to Abrahamic spiritual traditions, the relationship between words and magic goes back to the very creation of the world. In this class, Tamar will focus on Judaism, the earliest of these traditions, and the deep and ancient magic it and its language hold. These include spoken and written practices, communal and solitary practices, in Hebrew, and English (and some Aramaic!). We will also touch on modern magical practices that derive from this ancient magic. She will explain the magic of the Hebrew letters (the Aleph Beit) themselves, the messages and meaning they contain, the words and sentences they make, and the ancient Hebrew writings that have survived into modern times.

The Dark History of Modern Paganism
Saturday July 18, 2026 2:30pm - 3:30pm EDT
Modern paganism is a beautiful and diverse thing. However, as with many things it comes with a dark history, a history that lingers in the modern world with hate filled groups such as the Asatru Folk Assembly. Much of this history is built in late 19th and early 20th century white supremacist esoteric societies. From Madam Blavatsky and Aleister Crowley to Baron Ungern Von Sternberg and the Nazi Thule Society, this panel seeks to explore this past so that modern pagan communities can better combat modern hate filled movements such as the Asatru Folk Assembly and other similar groups. After all in order to improve the present we must better understand the past.
