Take aways: Attendees will listen to Dash prattle on about ethics for a limited amount of time before engaging in a exercise to find their core virtues, or at leat what they are at the moment (these things do change, after all). Then, with cirtues identified, Dash will lead them in considering how these virtues might impact various areas of their life. By the end of the session, attendees should have at least an outline of a personal code of ethics in written form that they can (and should) continue to refine as time passes.

Many practitioners from a wide range of systems and traditions speak of using permanent or semi-permanent structures on the astral plane to do rituals or perform other tasks. Often these are called astral temples, though many are not strictly temples, but it is the most prevalent term. Some of these pieces of astral architecture have anchoring points in the physical world, but many are only moored in the astral itself. This workshop will explore the uses of these structures for individual and collective work. I will also give recommendations on how to design and construct astral temples, strongholds, and way-stations. There will also be suggestions on when, why, and how to use them. Lastly, I’ll cover how to take them down when their utility has passed.

The main thesis of the presentation will be that angels come down on the side of benevolence, honesty, justice, and peace, and are opposed to cruelty, dishonesty, oppression, tyranny, and war. I would like to conclude the presentation with a group ritual for protection from evil and greater national harmony.

As a part of this workshop, you will get to experience making and charging your own take-home talisman derived from planetary magic procedures from ancient, historical grimmores. Capturing star energies in talismanic workings can help bring the spiritual energy of the stars with us to support our goals. Supplies will be provided. Understanding their science can add layers to the insights of astrology. The fixed stars stood out to astrologers in the sky. Usually that is because they were the prominent stars or they were unusual in some way. The science of these stars tells us new stories that enrich the magic and energy of these stars.

The doll or poppet is intended to take on the energy of the intended human with it's features, characteristics and energy is required for deeper conjure work. The doll is provided with energy, life and herbs and roots and bible verses. The doll (even though it is meant to invoke a human or animal quality doesn’t necessarily have to be in a human shape. It can be in any shape (circle, triangle, body outline, cat, dog, fish, vegetable or fruit). Hoodoo or conjure techniques are used to make the doll real.
