About me
She is a Black, Lesbian, spiritual hoodoo and conjurer. She uses faith, intention, and direction in her daily practice of hoodoo. She believes that Spirit and the God of your understanding fulfills all of your deliverance needs. Born in the midwest, Sherry was raised on daily scripture, prayers, and chanting to build her confidence and knowledge in the Bible and using the Bible as a spell book to bring her increase, love, health, and happiness. Sherry uses everyday objects (and some not so ordinary) in her practice of hoodoo. While Sherry belies that hoodoo should be acknowledged and known to all rases she does believe that certain practices of hoodoo are close to those that have a lineage tied to enslaved individuals. Sherry is the author of two hoodoo books, “The Hoodoo Guide to the Bible” and “Hoodoo for Everyone – Modern Approaches to Magic, Conjure, Rootwork, and Liberation” She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her wife of lots of years and their greyhound Zhanahary.
