About me
I am a Somatic Trauma Specialist, Integrative Trauma Coach, and Trauma-Informed Reiki Master who works at the intersection of mental health, trauma, energy, and spiritual practice. I specialize in treating the energy of trauma in the body and guiding the nervous system through the challenges of acute trauma responses. I bring a special focus to religious trauma, chronic illness, and nervous system dysregulation, while welcoming clients with a diverse spectrum of trauma experiences.
I am also an animist, devotional polytheist, psychopomp, and a Priest of the Morrigan. I would love to talk to you about all things trauma, especially as it pertains to spiritual and religious experiences. I love to talk about Irish Spirituality, the Morrigan, Manannan, and Cu Chulainn.
