We will connect with loving and healing spirits through our bodies’ subtle senses, evocative imagery, breathwork, polyvagal stimulation, self-massage, movement, and music. Participants will get to experience these practices that can stand alone or can be integrated with other spiritual practices. I recommend that participants wear comfortable, layered clothing to deal with temperature variability, and bring something soft to sit on if they find the chairs uncomfortable, water, if permitted, and a journal to record their experiences.
